- Understanding business requirements and preparing relevant documents
- ABAP debugging (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements)
- Setting up organization structure of Materials Management and relevant configurations
- Preparation of testing documents and internal testing
- Preparation of Master Data templates and integration testing with other modules
- Understanding interfaces, IDOC, and RFC's processing
- Preparing cut over strategy for MM objects
- Preparing User manuals and conducting training
- Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
- Handling Tickets and Tasks within defined SLA’s
- Troubleshooting system issues and providing support
- Executing changes through configuration and resolution of Production Support calls
- Raising Change Requests (CR’s) and preparing Functional Specifications
- Testing CR’s and carrying out regression testing
- Interacting with consultants of other modules
- Developing user interface transactional solutions
