- Responsible for the effective and efficient running of the spa front desk & reception area
- Oversee smooth operations of the spa in absence of Spa Manager
- Treating all guests and staff with the utmost care and professionalism to create an inviting, professional and calm atmosphere.
- Continuously upskill yourself through practice and study.
- Ensure 5 star service excellence is upheld at all times
- Hospitality / Business or Spa Administration qualification - BONUS
- ITEC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP / CIDESCO accredited
- Reliable transport to work
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate a very busy front of house
- Friendly and professional communications (face to face, over the phone and via digital)
- Be impeccably groomed and presentable - you are the face of our spa!
- Minimum of FIVE years in a spa/salon environment
- Knowledge of Spa services & terminology
- Minimum of TWO years in an administrative role
- Management experience beneficial
- Computer & Booking Software confident
- Assist the manager/s where operationally required
- Marketing of spa services - boost bookings by upselling advice
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service - ensure customers are attended to at all times (telephone / front desk / waiting area etc.)
- Hosting guests - do tours of the spa
- Financial management - reports, cash-up, process payments etc.
- Inventory & Stock management - identify shortages & record all sales accordingly
- Compliance & Safety
- Implementation of SOP's
