Patient Care Coordinator - RoodepoortFull job descriptionAn established specialist practice has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator.Plan, direct and coordinate all the medical activities of the Practice relating to in- and out-patients. Primary responsibility is patient care, patient safety, and creating systems, and protocols to support that objective. The role should result in providing additional patient care support, and administrative support to all patients. The role should also assist in proactive and frequent contact and liaison with family members of all patients.Requirements:1) Registered Nurse with BCur degree2) Solid experience in ICU3) Experience working in specialist practice will be an advantage4) Able to work when Doctor work on weekends (overtime pay applicable)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
